Tax benefits
Individuals (Personal Income Tax)
- 80% deduction for the first 250 euros donated.
- 40% deduction for amounts exceeding 250 euros.
- If you have donated to the same entity during the previous two years for an equal or higher amount, the deduction on amounts exceeding 250 euros increases to 45%.
Legal entities (Corporate Tax)
- 40% deduction of the donated amount.
- If donations are maintained for three consecutive years for an amount equal or higher, the deduction increases to 50%.
Regional deduction (Catalonia)
- 30% deduction for donations to entities that promote scientific research and technological development and innovation.
- Maximum limit of 10% of the regional tax liability.
